This role leads and architects end‑to‑end software development projects, defining technical solutions using Java, Python, TypeScript, AWS, React, Angular and more. It drives cross‑functional collaboration, ensures SDLC excellence, and provides technical leadership to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role:
1. Lead and manage software development projects using Java Python Typescript AWS React JS Angular and other technologies
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables
3. Create the highlevel design or solution architecture documents for the business requirements
4. Produce several option papers and work with architecture community and forums to get the designs approved
5. Proficient using architectural principles and patterns variety of solution types detailed design patterns best practices integration choices etc
6. Design solutions reducing technical debt with futuristic solutions aligning to enterprise architecture and vision
7. Aim to reuse the existing applications services and data wherever possible
8. Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver the defined scope objectives and deliverables on technical grounds
9. Facilitate communication between stakeholders development teams and other departments
10. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle SDLC processes and best practices
11. Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
12. Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed
13. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
14. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
15. Utilize tools such as ServiceNow Confluence and JIRA for project tracking and documentation
