Who You Are An experienced manager with a background in social work, you excel in leading a small team and thrive in challenging roles. What the Job Involves You will supervise and support a team of six qualified social workers within the FAST team based in Spalding. Your responsibilities include overseeing child and family assessments, Child in Need planning, child protection, and Court work. You will quality assure assessments, reports, and practice, while providing both professional and case supervision on a monthly basis to each worker. Additionally, you will manage duty every third week, handle referrals and allocations, chair strategy discussions, and oversee case progress and practice.
