Group Graphic Designer – Head Office
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and branding? Harron Homes is on the lookout for a talented Group Graphic Designer to bring our marketing campaigns to life and ensure our brand shines across every channel. This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of a leading housebuilder and work on a wide variety of print, digital, and social projects.
What you will do -
* Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, from brochures, signage, and leaflets to digital banners and social assets
* Support campaign launches, events, and incentives with eye-catching creative assets
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, acting as a brand guardian across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with the Social Media Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, and Regional Marketing Executives to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
* Brief and manage external photographers and videographers, editing and optimising imagery for all platforms
* Keep design assets organised, and workflows streamlined, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on brand
Who we are looking for -
* 3+ years' experience as a graphic designer, ideally in property, retail, or multi-site industries
* Strong portfolio across print and digital design, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Knowledge of print production processes, file prep, and managing suppliers
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced marketing environment
