You will play a significant role in developing partnerships with senior leaders and colleagues across the Council, the Integrated Care Board, the Integrated Care Alliance, our acute trust, the voluntary sector, and other partner agencies to improve health outcomes and positively impact the lives of people in Swindon.
Candidates must be fluent in English (as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act for customer-facing roles).
