Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with a passion for project management to join a global leading consultancy firm. You’ll be based in either our Leeds or Manchester office with flexible working and the ability to work from home. You’ll develop a range of valuable skills and knowledge by supporting client needs across an industry-leading range of public and private sector clients. We place great emphasis on developing our people and the opportunity to progress. Due to recent successes, we are looking to grow our team.
Your role
From day one, you’ll get involved in a variety of projects. You’ll support Senior Project Managers on large projects and will be given smaller, low-complexity projects to manage to ensure successful delivery on time and to budget. Working with technical colleagues across various disciplines, you’ll learn how to achieve project revenue targets and deliver projects to the highest quality, with a focus on exceeding client expectations. We will support you in working towards achieving your Association for Project Management qualifications to develop your project management career.

About you
You’ll bring a keen interest in project management and a desire to learn and develop. Ideally, you should have:
* Great communication skills
* Effective teamwork abilities
* Proactive attitude to new skills and learning
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Suitability for security clearance and full UK driving licence
