Site Manager, Estimator (Construction and Demolition)
Central London
£95,000 to £105,000 + Private Healthcare + Company Pension + Company Bonus

In this role, the successful Site Manager/Estimator would be responsible for pricing drainage, concrete and groundworks, as well as tracking labour and material costs and would train up the Junior Estimator.
The ideal Site Manager/Estimator would have come from hands on construction background, specialising in concrete, drainage and groundworks as well as being confident and enthusiastic about working within a team as the single Estimator in a busy department.
The Role:
* Determining costs for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
* Responsible for the Junior Estimator
* Examining projects and weighing in on their cost-effectiveness
The Person:
* Has experience as a practical Tier 2 Estimator
* Knowledge of pricing for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
* Good at working within a team
* Understands the whole construction site and build
