The Real Estate Solicitor will be:
* Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development agreements
* Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to the wider success of the real estate team
Profile
A successful Real Estate Solicitor - will have:
* Full qualification as a solicitor with a specialisation in real estate law.
