We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bars Manager to lead and inspire our bars team at Hoar Cross Hall. As Bars Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of all our bars - including the Long Gallery Bar, Joynes Suite Bar, Event Bars, and outdoor bars ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will take ownership of performance, budgets, staff development, and service delivery, while setting the tone for a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
