About the Role As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment success by managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier candidates, and contributing to business growth through sales activities. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to clients and candidates alike, ensuring high-quality long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Delivery * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors. * Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. * Provide consultative support to clients on hiring strategies and market trends. * Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Client Relationship Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients on both the HR & Recruitment side of the business. * Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. * Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews. Sales & Business Development * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. * Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and attend and conduct regular networking events. * Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate terms of business & visit clients Performance & KPIs * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including: * Placements made * Revenue generated * Client meetings booked * New business opportunities identified * Candidate submissions * Interview-to-placement ratio * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on activity regularly. Skills & Experience * Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset. * Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
