* Promote a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee warehouse processes including receipt of goods, stock storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and despatch.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and follow warehouse and general administrative procedures.
* Uphold diversity and inclusion principles in day‑to‑day leadership and interactions.
What we're looking for
A confident and organised leader who enjoys working with people and improving ways of working. You’ll thrive in a busy warehouse environment and be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
If you’re driven, hands‑on, and ready for the next step in your warehouse career, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re committed though to supporting our staff to achieve a good work-life balance and offer flexible working options wherever we reasonably can. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
