Their exciting workspace offers an open-plan office, entertainment room with pool table & bar and roof terrace with BBQ. They are looking for an outgoing and friendly Receptionist to join the team. There is scope to progress within the company to roles in HR, health and safety, property management and accounting. Duties Answer all incoming calls to the business General office duties like stationary orders, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with milk, tea, etc, Meet and greet clients Assist property managers and accounts with day-to-day tasks such as key maintenance Diary management Incoming and outgoing post management including franking the mail Many other ad hoc jobs Skills Experience in a similar role is desirable Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to multi-task Outgoing and confident Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 30 mins lunch break.
