Location: The Flying Scotsman Medical Centre, West Doncaster
Hours: 37.5
Salary: £24,960.00
Main Duties
* Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
* Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to our range of services, and maintain patient records and confidentiality.
* Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
* Process prescription requests.
* Utilise other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Ideal Candidate
* Reception or customer care experience; excellent communicator both spoken and written.
* Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, email.
* Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintaining data security.
* Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
