We're Hiring: Production Manager (Bakery)
We're looking for an experienced Bakery Production Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations across our chilled pastry manufacturing site. Working across a 2‑shift structure, you'll take ownership of four production lines, pastry prep, cooking/meat prep, ingredients storage and oven operations.

What You'll Do
Lead daily bakery operations through Shift Managers & Team Leaders
Ensure production is safe, efficient and delivered on time
Drive OEE, efficiency, waste and yield improvements
Maintain exceptional GMP, food safety and audit-ready standards
Develop and coach a strong production leadership team
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, NPD & Technical
Manage costs, labour planning and material usage
What You'll Bring
Senior production experience in chilled food manufacturing (ideally savoury bakery/pastry)
Strong understanding of high-volume, short-shelf-life operations
Proven track record improving OEE and reducing waste
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
A quality-obsessed, safety-first mindset
