Location: Rushock Trading Estate, Droitwich - Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working available

Our people are at the heart of our success — and we’re now looking for a motivated Market Researcher to help us identify new opportunities, support our sales team and drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
About the role
As our Market Researcher, you are the "engine room" of our growth. Your role is to identify every new build housing development that is due for construction across the UK on a daily basis and aid the sales team in creating these into opportunities. You will obtain project manager contact details, estimated start dates and relevant decision makers and interact at various parts in the cycle until the sales team close the sale and the project is won. You will ensure that sufficient opportunities are fed into the sales team to keep them topped up on a daily basis. Although you will not be cold calling or having selling conversations, you will need to actively hunt and hustle and be comfortable on the phone in order to establish key details of every project and opportunity.
Daily Activity
Site Identification
Monitoring multiple databases to identify all new build sites in planning.
Market/ policy analysis
Keeping updated on industry knowledge, regulations and local mandates.
CRM Management
Utilising the CRM system to track leads, timescales for construction and key decision makers.
About you
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, organised and enjoys researching and uncovering new opportunities. You will have a structured and methodical approach to your work, with the ability to manage your time effectively, prioritise tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
You are proactive and motivated, taking pride in delivering accurate work and meeting targets. Comfortable gathering information from a variety of sources, you are confident using systems and databases and are happy speaking with contacts to verify key details when needed.
You are also a clear communicator and a supportive team player who shares information effectively and keeps colleagues informed. Most importantly, you are eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop your skills while contributing to the growth of the business.
