Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
* Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students based on their individual learning needs and goals.
* Create personalised lesson plans and educational materials tailored to each student's requirements.
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure academic improvement.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student development.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
* Stay updated on educational best practises and incorporate them into tutoring sessions.
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience in delivering one-on-one tutoring sessions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching role
* Demonstrated success in improving student academic performance
* Understanding of learning styles and effective teaching strategies
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
* Proficient in using educational technology and resources
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
