Your Responsibilities
* Programming multi‑axis CNC Milling / Turning / Mill‑Turn machines using offline controls such as Siemens NX / FeatureCAM software
* Creating complex and challenging NC programs for sub‑assembly parts made from exotic alloys
* Proving out programs using Vericut
* Working from engineering drawings / 3D models
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years programming CNC Milling / Turning / Mill‑Turn machines using offline controls
* Siemens NX is essential
* Understanding of Fanuc CNC controls
* Experience with multi‑pallet, multi‑axis machines
* Knowledge of implementing tool offset management
* Ability to work from engineering drawings and 3D models
* Ability to prove out programs
* Previous experience producing programs for complex components, ideally within aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, oil & gas or medical sectors
