Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make business decisions affecting your career and the company. You’ll develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn how to run a profitable business. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will enable you to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers. You will learn to mentor, train, and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered.
* A full manual UK driving license is required; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who do not drive.
* No drug or alcohol-related offenses within the last five years.
