Reporting to the Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
* Leading your team to successfully deliver your line's KPIs and drive business performance
* Coaching, developing, and leading staff to establish a continuous improvement culture
* Working closely with internal and external suppliers to build strong, effective relationships ensuring site legal compliance
* Ensuring all levels of waste are recorded accurately, including OEE, efficiency, downtime, product weights, and staff efficiency
About You
* Experience of a Department Manager/Shift/Warehouse Manager or equivalent
* Experience in a large scale production/warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing
* Ability to coach and encourage your team to continuously improve how they do their job
* Ability to problem solve and implement process changes to improve operational performance
* Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
* Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets
