What You Will Do
* Hold a caseload of children and deliver effective, evidence-based interventions with consideration to timeliness and impact.
* Manage a mixed caseload of Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), including some court work.
* Ensure that all visits and interventions are held face to face, unless impacted by specific exceptions such as COVID-19 measures.
* Work collaboratively within the team while adapting to the changing needs of the children and families you support.
* Keep thorough records and prepare reports for case reviews and court as required.
