The role of Technology Senior Business Analyst will include:
1. Engaging your skills across our service catalogue which includes requirements elicitation, user experience design and change adoption
2. Managing relationships, communicating effectively, and maintaining good working relationships with customers to ensure buy-in, and to identify and remedy shortfalls in service delivery
3. Leading, coaching, and mentoring Business Analysts delivering BA Services or in a programme, project or product management team, planning and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues to support delivery
4. Manage the recruitment, performance, training and development of quality people to ensure required skilled employees are available to meet the needs of the service
Skills and experiences:
5. Able to demonstrate possession of a degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
6. Significant experience in undertaking business analysis within Technology
7. Experience of systems implementation and optimisation
8. Proven experience in continuous service improvement i.e. Business process mapping and modelling
9. Advanced Microsoft 360 and Microsoft Visio
10. Excellent communication skills

23. Role salary is £44,192 with an additional policy allowance of £4,260 per annum (rising to £46,517 with an additional policy allowance of £4,484 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
