What you need:
1. RTPI Accredited degree in Town Planning
2. Excellent communication skills
3. The ability to analyse complex data.
4. Solid report writing skills.
Daily Duties include:
5. Strategic planning and land promotion
6. Dealing with enforcement appeals
7. Working on planning applications
8. Providing planning advice to clients
9. Dealing with appeals and negotiations
