About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Evangelist to champion Adobe’s artificial intelligence story across the EMEA region, with a strong emphasis on our Digital Experience (DX) solutions. This role will serve as a trusted thought leader, internal advisor, and external spokesperson shaping and amplifying the narrative around how Adobe AI empowers businesses to deliver personalized digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in enterprise AI with a strong understanding of modern marketing processes—from customer journey orchestration to content supply chain, analytics, and personalization. They will be able to clearly articulate how AI is transforming brand interactions and reshaping the way marketing organizations operate, driving measurable outcomes in efficiency, agility, and customer engagement.

This person will be a go-to authority for the latest Adobe AI messaging, working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling.


Thought Leadership & Evangelism

* Serve as a visible and credible thought leader on Adobe’s AI strategy and innovation across Digital Experience products.
* Represent Adobe at industry conferences, customer events, executive briefings, webinars, and media/analyst interactions.
* Collaborate with our Digital Strategy Group (DSG) blogs, whitepapers, and presentations to highlight Adobe’s AI differentiation and its impact on marketing outcomes and brand experiences.


Sales & Customer Enablement

* Act as a trusted AI advisor to EMEA field sales organization, providing messaging clarity, product knowledge, and market insights.
* Join customer‑facing engagements to articulate Adobe’s AI vision, focusing on how AI redefines marketing workflows, customer engagement, and brand interaction.
* Develop and deliver sales playbooks, training, and briefing materials that tie AI innovation to real‑world marketing use cases.


Messaging & Strategy Alignment

* Partner with product marketing, product management, and communications teams to align messaging and ensure it resonates with marketing leaders, CMOs, and digital executives.
* Stay current on the competitive landscape and evolving AI trends, especially within marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.
* Act as the central source of truth for Adobe’s AI narrative in the Digital Experience space, particularly as it applies to marketing performance and customer value.


Qualifications

* Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise software, digital experience, or AI‑related roles within EMEA, with strong exposure to marketing technology and processes.
* Deep understanding of how marketing organizations operate, including campaign management, personalization, analytics, and brand/customer engagement strategies.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, compelling terms tailored to marketers and business leaders.
* Recognized thought leader or subject matter expert in AI, digital marketing, customer experience, or related domains.
* Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C‑level audiences, particularly CMOs and senior marketing leaders.
* Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders around a cohesive story.
* Passion for innovation, storytelling, and evangelizing technology that shapes the future of marketing and customer experiences.
