Div h3 The role /h3 p We are looking for a collaborative and experienced leader to guide the Bus and Coach business in the UK and Ireland through its next phase. Volvo Buses focuses on production and development on chassis, working with external bodybuilders and partners to offer a complete range of city, intercity, and premium coach solutions. As Managing Director, Cluster West, you will lead the way and work with a highly dedicated team to execute on the business strategy. /p h3 Key responsibilities /h3 ul li Lead the shift from product sales to customer-focused solutions sales. /li li Strengthen relationships and collaboration with customers, bodybuilders, market companies, partners, dealers, and service networks across the UK and Ireland. /li li Guide the business through change, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and strong accountability. /li li Manage business risks, opportunities, and trade offs as the scope evolves. /li li Contribute as a member of the Business Unit Chassis leadership team. /li li Support strategy, business performance, people development, and culture building initiatives. /li /ul h3 You /h3 p We believe you bring senior leadership experience from a complex, fast paced, multicultural environment, along with experience of leading change and the ability to turn strategy into action.
