Our client, a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure specialist, is seeking a Site Agent to join their team in Rickmansworth.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee successful delivery of multiple Civils and Water sector projects, ensuring high-quality, defect-free results in line with safety, environmental, and company standards.
2. Lead site teams, including Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen, to deliver work efficiently and safely.
3. Develop and implement key project documents such as Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans.
4. Prepare and manage construction programmes, two-week lookaheads, and procurement schedules to ensure resources and timelines are met.
5. Manage project budgets using company cost plans, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
6. Maintain accurate site diaries and records while driving commercial performance through proactive cost management.
7. Represent the company professionally with clients, the public, and official bodies to maintain strong working relationships.
8. Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and satisfaction.
9. Produce accurate monthly reports for both internal use and clients.
