We have an opportunity in Ceredigion to recruit a Social Work Assistant to develop and implement the Autism Code of Practice for children, adults, and carers within the Extended Support Service. The post specializes in Autism.

* Extended Support: Adult and Children’s Disability Team & Mental Capacity Support
* Substance Misuse: Substance Misuse Team, Youth Justice, IFSS/Edge of Care
