SENIOR BI ANALYST

THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity to step into a role where your work genuinely shapes how customers interact with the business. Sitting within a dedicated Insights function, you’ll partner directly with Customer Experience teams to uncover what influences satisfaction, why users reach out for support, and where the biggest wins sit across the journey.
You’ll take ownership of everything from building scalable data products, to digging into behaviour trends, to helping teams understand the “why” behind performance. It’s a blend of hands-on analytics, problem-solving, and storytelling — all aimed at improving experience at scale.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Senior BI Analyst will:
* Owning and developing dashboards that bring CX performance to life
* Rebuilding reporting into a more scalable, reliable setup
* Creating robust data pipelines that turn raw sources into usable insight
* Structuring datasets so teams across the company can self-serve effectively
* Supporting CX leaders with analysis, investigations, and clear recommendations
* Spotting opportunity areas and validating where changes will have the most impact
* Measuring the results of new initiatives and surfacing what’s working — and what isn’t
* Running root-cause analysis when performance shifts unexpectedly
* Managing multiple stakeholders and switching context without losing momentum
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Senior BI Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong SQL and confidence working with big, messy datasets
* Experience with Looker, Tableau or similar tools
* Comfortable building ETL processes (bonus if you’ve used dbt)
* Able to move between different workstreams and stakeholders with ease
* Commercially minded — you want your work to drive change
* Curious, detail-driven and eager to keep learning
* Experience in a marketplace, P2P platform or mobile-first environment would be advantageous
