Head Pastry Chef - Artisan Bakery
We are currently looking to recruit and experienced Head Pastry chef for a family run delicatessen and Bakery in North London. We're looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead the production of high-quality pastries and desserts with precision and creativity. You'll oversee pastry production schedules, maintain exceptional quality and presentation, uphold top food safety standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across retail and wholesale.
The Perks
The Successful Head Pastry chef will get the following
up to £18 per hour
40-48 hours per week
Various shift patterns over a 7 day week.
5 days on, 2 days off

The Person
The Successful Head Pastry chef will have the following
Proven pastry and dessert production experience
Head Pastry or senior pastry leadership experience essential
Strong skills in laminated doughs, tarts, cakes, and classic pastries
Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and finishing
Flexible with working hours
Organised, hygienic, and reliable Team leader with great communication skills
