The Project Lead New product Programmes plays a central role in ensuring programmes across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations are governed effectively and delivered on schedule. The role will drive programme execution by establishing and improving governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes across key business initiatives.
You will lead coordination of programme timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and product roadmaps. Working closely with technical and operational teams, you will drive visibility, accountability, and consistency across multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment. This position will also act as a key interface between teams and leadership, supporting decision‑making through clear reporting, proactive risk management, and structured communication.
