My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for an upcoming scheme for a valued client. The scope of works will include RC works and groundwork. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and understanding of RC works. Foreman responsibilities: * Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. * Managing plant, labour and materials. * Putting labour to work. * Managing health and safety compliance. * Tool box talks. * Record keeping. * Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders. * Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to RAMS and job specification. Foreman requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * NVQ level 3 or equivalent. * CSCS card. * SSSTS/ SMSTS. * First aid. * TWS/TWC - Desirable. * CPCS/ NPORS - Desirable. * Experience with reinforced concrete. * Full UK driving licence. * Safety critical medical.
