Menlo Park are working with a superb GP Practice in Bournemouth, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and a background with Chronic Disease Management to join their close-knit, forward-thinking team. They are looking for a Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience in all areas. You will have flexibility around start and finish times as well as the option to work full or part-time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.
Salary – £38,000 – £42,500 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks AL + Bank Holidays + Study + Indemnity
