Please note you must either hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance) & NPPV 3 Clearance for this role, which will require a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK to be eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Resolve incidents, service requests, changes, and problems across the Data Services portfolio in line with SLAs
* Manage and communicate customer issues effectively, including escalation to vendors and stakeholder updates
* Collaborate across teams to deliver timely resolutions and maintain service quality
* Support continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, training, and development of tools and processes
* Contribute to 24x7 service delivery, including on‑call support, proactive infrastructure maintenance, and SME responsibilities
Essential Skills / Experience
* Experience working in a systems integrator or managed support environment as a technical engineer
* Industry certification such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP (or vendor equivalent)
* Knowledge of Data Services technologies, BMS products, and customer IT systems and applications
* Experience contributing across the service lifecycle, including supporting and shaping technical solutions
* Ability to identify and drive service improvements and transformation initiatives
* Effective organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills, with a focus on ownership and follow-through
