What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.

* Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
* Medication support (preparation and administration)
* Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
* Mobility and equipment support
* Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
* Companionship and emotional support

* Encourage social engagement and family connections
* Monitor health and report any changes
* Maintain accurate documentation
* ️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
* Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
