As a Room Service Head Waiter, you will be
at the forefront of ensuring that our guests receive top-tier service in the
comfort of their rooms.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily room
service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
* Ensure all room service
areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and
organisation.
* Work closely with other
departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Address guest enquiries,
concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and
high satisfaction.
* Collaborate with senior
management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest
expectations.
* Uphold company policies,
ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through
regular inspections and audits
* Act as a representative of
Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brand and
services.
