Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Harm Outside of the Home (HoTH) team in Stockton. If you are committed to safeguarding and reducing exploitation, we want you on our team!
About the Role:
As a Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with young people, their families, and professionals to address concerns around exploitation and contextual safeguarding. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the implementation of HoTH across Stockton with a multi-agency approach.
* Providing specialist advice to practitioners and partner agencies.
* Offering coaching and support to staff working with high-risk young people.
* Delivering training and workshops to raise awareness of HoTH.
* Working with partners to triangulate information for decision-making.
* Assessing and reviewing risks related to young people and locations of concern.
* Supporting plans for disrupting exploitative relationships.
