Were looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a supportive, well-established team at one of several options within the Chichester area. Youll be part of a small team and involved in every stage of the conveyancing process, working closely with clients, agents, and supporting experienced conveyancers to ensure efficient running of property transactions.
The role:
Support conveyancers with contracts, transfer deeds and key documentation
Carry out property searches and liaise with local authorities and agents
Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with legal standards
Assist with admin and financial tasks across residential property matters
Youll need:
Previous experience in conveyancing or property law
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, team-focused approach
