This is a full-time on-site role based in Skipton for a Food and Beverage Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, delivering top-quality customer service, managing staff training, and ensuring a positive and professional guest experience. The role also involves managing budgets, inventory, and resources, while maintaining consistent standards of quality and hygiene. The manager will work closely with the events team to provide tailored food and beverage solutions for various functions and special events.
Proven experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to deliver effective Training and mentorship to team members
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
Experience in the events or hospitality industry is required
