Role overview
Support the sales coordinators in chasing customer quotes, sample requests, process collection orders. As part of the internal sales team, I provide crucial support to our external Area Sales Managers (ASMs) by handling all incoming inquiries and directly assisting customers who contact our office. My responsibilities include addressing customer complaints and managing stock inquiries to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
