We're looking for an Application Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing Paladone's core applications, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet the needs of a fastpaced, global business.
You'll be the goto person for technical support, troubleshooting, and configuration of applications helping colleagues resolve issues, optimising system performance, and assisting with the rollout of new tools and updates.

What you'll be doing
* Application support: Respond promptly to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance and training to endusers.
* Incident resolution: Investigate and resolve issues, working with internal teams and external partners where necessary, while documenting solutions for future reference.
* Application configuration & implementation: Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and upgrades, including testing and postimplementation support.
* System optimisation: Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
* Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system updates, enhancements, and projects.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes, issue resolutions, and training materials to support endusers.
* Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing forward new ideas and approaches to support business growth.
What we're looking for
Essential:
* 1-2+ years' experience in a technical support role.
* Strong knowledge of IT systems and a problemsolving mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with Office 365.
* A collaborative and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of ERP, PLM and data integrations.
* Experience with Microsoft Navision (Nav).
ERP experience is not essential but if you've worked with Navision, that would be a real advantage.
