Key responsibilities of the role:
* Planning and delivering history lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
* Suitably managing the classroom environment to promote student learning
* Tailoring teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
* Tracking and communicating with students on their progression and providing constructive feedback in order to improve
Candidate requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teaching Status)
* Strong subject knowledge
* Exceptional communication skills
* Previous secondary teaching experience (GCSE history teaching experience is desirable)
