Become an Administrator with purpose

Role Overview

As a general administrator, you will be organized, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include managing files confidentially, cascading post, and answering phones in a friendly, helpful manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and service users

* Handle telephone, email, and postal inquiries professionally and confidentially


Candidate Requirements

* Secretarial and/or administrative experience
* 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols
* Strong organizational skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills


Workplace Environment

You will work at Ann House, a Learning Disability and Autism service supporting 16 adults. The goal is to encourage independence and support individuals with challenging behaviors and high support needs in a structured, least restrictive setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents lead meaningful lives with choices and access to various services, including work, training, leisure, hobbies, and personal interests.
