Project Manager – Major Electrical Infrastructure Projects

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead high-impact energy infrastructure projects? Join a dynamic team delivering major contestable electrical connections and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the UK.
What you'll do:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects (up to 132kV)
* Manage planning, construction, installation, and commissioning phases
* Coordinate with DNOs, iDNOs, contractors, and internal teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
* Maintain financial control, forecast performance, and drive continuous improvement
* Promote a strong culture of Health, Safety & Quality
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple projects and ensure accurate reporting
* Engage with clients and design teams to align on specifications
* Procure labour, materials, and equipment within budget
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with NRSWA, HAUC, and DNO/IDNO standards
* Be a brand ambassador, driving client satisfaction and repeat business
What you'll bring:
* Project Management qualification (essential)
* HNC or equivalent in in related electrical discipline (essential)
* Strong knowledge of HV/LV installations
* Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage site safety and coordinate diverse teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and commercial awareness
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable extras:
* SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, NRSWA Supervisor, First Aid
* Certificate of competency for DNO's
* Electrical competency certification
