An exciting opportunity for a flexible, self-motivated and positive individual to work as a member of the Quarry Production team at Dowlow Quarry. Shift working will be a requirement of the job role, including some weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operating to high health, safety and environmental standards.
2. Loading at the face with either a wheeled loader or 360 excavator.
3. Hauling materials from the quarry face to the crusher.
4. Operation of the processing systems.
5. First line maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6. GCSE grade C (or equivalent) or above, Maths and English
7. Operation of wheeled loader or 360 excavator in quarry applications, ADT & rigid truck operation or processing plant experience
8. NVQ level 2 or MPQC qualified in truck, excavator and loader operations
9. Excellent safety awareness
10. Operational experience in quarrying
