What You'll Be Doing
While this role involves a lot more than just washing dishes, it's a critical position that sets the entire kitchen up for success. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from supporting our team of expert chefs to ensuring the kitchen is spotless. Your day-to-day will include:
* Deep cleaning the kitchen and equipment to maintain our high standards of hygiene.
* Washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items, ensuring a steady supply for the chefs.
* Assisting with food preparation, from basic tasks to helping with our popular carvery and large-scale events.
* Monitoring stock levels and taking ownership of keeping the storerooms clean and organized.
* Completing coursework to gain qualifications and further your career in the culinary arts.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has a keen eye for detail. You should be a team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn are a huge plus
