Summary: The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff in a healthcare facility. They ensure that all nursing staff are providing high-quality care to patients and are following all policies and procedures. The Nursing Supervisor also manages staffing levels, schedules, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
