Key responsibilities include: * Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that promote deep learning and high achievement * Creating a calm, safe and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are encouraged to take ownership of their learning * Using assessment and feedback to drive progress and support individual learning needs * Building strong, respectful relationships with pupils, families and colleagues * Contributing to whole-school events, initiatives and curriculum development Person Specification We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic teacher with a passion for developing confident, independent learners.
