Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, youll be responsible for co-ordinating, supporting and administrating activities related to benefits, wellbeing, grey fleet and Equality Diversity and Inclusion. This role will be based at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, Kent, where youll be expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week. What youll have: Significant experience of providing people administrative support and understanding employee lifecycle processes. Strong people management experience. Significant experience of providing advice to line managers on employee life-cycle issues. Experience of working with and analysing people data.
