About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Partnership Solutions Manager. You will be responsible for leading individual new‑business and partner‑renewal projects. Working closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Central teams, they develop tailored narratives, presentations, and supporting materials that strengthen partnership sales and renewal discussions. Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. You will build strong relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders who shape the club’s partnership proposition and individual proposals. They are equally confident working with data and creative concepts, skillfully integrating both to craft compelling, insight‑driven stories. You will also support the Director, Partnership Solutions in designing bespoke rights packages that meet specific partner objectives and are appropriately priced. They provide strategic guidance to the Sales team and senior stakeholders throughout the sales and renewal cycle, playing a key role in securing multi‑million‑pound agreements. What will you be doing? Lead proposition development for multi-million pound deals with prospective brand and Partner renewals Craft the narrative and sales materials for individual sales conversations. Effectively manage their time to be able to support their line manager at each stage of proposal development once a brief is received. Bring together expertise from around the club, collating a variety of input to deliver creative, inspiring proposals that are underpinned by data. Develop the Heads of Terms for each sales project, ensuring it thoughtfully addresses key partner objectives. Support the development of the Liverpool FC partnership proposition Support the Director, Partnership Solutions in the development of the club’s overarching partnership proposition. Develop best in class narratives (with supporting materials) addressing common themes and questions (e.g. sustainability, the importance of LFCW, digital ecosystem etc…) that arise during partnership sales and renewals processes. Ensure that the fundamental elements of the club’s partnership proposition are clearly articulated and applied consistently across all of the department’s output. Maintain a detailed and current understanding of how LFC’s major competitors within sports and the wider entertainment sector are positioning themselves in the market. Contribute to the development of new rights and assets Support the Director, Partnership Solutions in the development of new partnership rights/assets. Collaborate with other departments to develop new, relevant and impactful rights and assets to enrich our offering to partners. Identify trends from the wider world of sponsorship and marketing and advise the club on how we can adapt our offering to meet the current and future needs of major global brands. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape, supported by experience in sports marketing and/or brand marketing gained within an agency, brand, or major rights holder environment. The ideal individual will have a proven ability to develop compelling campaign ideas and clearly articulate how they align with a brand’s core objectives. They will demonstrate an excellent understanding of social media platforms and the broader digital marketing ecosystem, with the confidence to speak authoritatively about both owned and third‑party channels. Exceptional communication skills are essential, including the capability to craft clear, engaging, and well‑structured narratives across multiple formats. Above all, the successful candidate will be a highly effective collaborator who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders and consistently fosters positive, productive working relationships.
