Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage a candidate portfolio in diversevertical markets
· Source, Qualify and submit candidates based onclient requirements and deadlines
· Manage advertising responses and provide feedback tounsuccessful candidates
· Arrange interviews, preparing candidates forinterview, taking client and candidate feedback
· Identify new business sales leads for the team
· Maintain relationships with both registered andplaced candidates including placement administration and after care meetings
· Co-ordinate and drive post-assignment activityincluding compliance and other ad hoc administration.

To be successful in your role you will:
· Have strong clear communication and relationshipbuilding skills

· Be friendly, honest, and reliable
No experience is required however, it helps if you have workedin a fast paced, sales driven environment before and this role involves dealingwith international clients and contracts, therefore being multilingual maybeadvantageous.
