This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards your APC and RICS accreditation. You will work alongside our experienced surveyors on a wide variety of valuation projects across commercial, residential, and specialist property sectors. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with property inspections, research, and report preparation. Supporting senior team members with valuations for loan security, accounts, tax, and other professional purposes. Undertaking market analysis and data collection. Developing client relationships through professional, accurate, and timely service. Contributing to the wider success of the Leeds office and the Bradley Hall network. What We Are Looking For: Ambition to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor through the RICS pathway. Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. A professional and proactive approach with a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
