- Location: Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford
- Salary: £12.94 per hour; OTE 1st Year £28,020.64
Being a Sales Consultant at our TUDOR boutique will give you the chance to develop a luxury retail career with Swiss watchmaker, TUDOR, whilst being employed by Beaverbrooks, an award-winning and family-owned jewellers.
Responsibilities
* Enter the world of micro-precision with TUDOR watches and act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand image and passionately selling TUDOR watches to customers.
* Encourage love and appreciation for TUDOR products by knowing each item and what makes it special, and present each item in a way that engages customers both in-store and as they pass our windows.
* Be prepared to learn about the products, the people, and the Beaverbrooks Way, with accountability and effort to keep up with goals.
* Understand that targets are based on last year’s achievements, with feedback provided to help you grow skills and reward performance when goals are met.
Qualifications
* Passion for luxury watches and customer experience, with a commitment to excellent service.
* Ability to listen to customers and be open and honest, with a drive to turn the everyday into the extraordinary.
* Merchandising experience is helpful to create the extraordinary; training will be provided if not.
* Great eye for detail and an understanding that effort yields results.
